TTK+G varies with diet.
In Hypokalemic states:
< 2.0 = GI loss, skin loss, history of vomiting, etc.
> 4.0 means renal loss (aldosterone excess).
In Hyperkalemic states:
< 6.0 = renal loss (hypoaldosterone effect).
> 10.0 means normal aldosterone effect (non-renal).
