The Target Body Weight BMI-25 (tBW-25) represents the weight for a particular height at which the Body Mass Index (BMI) is 25. In other words, it tells the heaviest an individual can be without being overweight.
The tBW-25 is useful to set a Weight goal when starting a diet or exercise Program.
